Position at SBM Management
SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician! that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.
Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Bonneting
- Extraction (wet / dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Polish floors
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before / after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
- 1 year Floor Tech experience required
- Experience in the janitorial industry required
- Experience in buffing, waxing, and running a floor scrubber
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Experience with side x side machine and floor scrubber
Shift : Nights- 5 : 00pm to 1 : 30am Sunday - Thursday
Compensation : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
